"Home Sweet Home". A study of homes and schools in Europe
In this project our students will have the opportunity to become familiar with the differences and similarities of houses and schools/ classrooms around Europe. In addition, they will also have the chance to learn about buildings not only from big cities around Europe, but also from the countryside. Furthermore, pupils can study the development and the evolution of these houses through time.
The project will begin at the start of the academic year 2013-2014 and end at the finish of the academic year, i.e.September of 2013 to June of 2014.
Roughly, the project will be separated in 3 parts:
1st) by the end of November children will present their own house or dream house to children from other countries.
2nd) by the end of March they will present their own school and
3rd) by the end of May some typical historical monuments of their country (for example castles, towers etc)
